Morning Discipline – A Focus on Better Health

I have decided that to help guide myself through my own journey (and perhaps help you on your own) that it would be best to focus on a specific topic each week. This week is better health. Each day this week I will provide affirmations, scriptures, and daily challenges regarding this topic. Next week will be a new one!
