I have been on a long health journey, personally. About 5 years ago I was bending over to tie my shoes and I noticed that I had to take a deep breath and hold it so I could reach my shoes. I knew, in that moment, I was way out of shape and that I did not like what I had become.
I hate to admit it, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth. Okay, maybe I have a HUGE sweet tooth. I really like sweet foods. Ice cream, Twinkie's, candy bars, and now that we're coming up on Easter I have to fight the urge to buy countless boxes of Cadbury Cream Eggs (one of my all time favorite sweet treats).
Today let us focus more on our health by taking some baby steps. Let us begin by drinking more water throughout the day.
