I really love food. Sometimes a little too much. One thing that I have found that helps me stay on track is using a food journal. The food journal lets me see what I'm consuming in the day and gives me a visual on whether or not I'm eating too much. It helps me begin to look more at my portions, as well as the nutrients that I'm getting from what I eat.
We are a little over a week away from Thanksgiving...one of my all-time favorite holidays...because let's face it...I LOVE FOOD!
