When I began my health journey I really had to look at what foods tempted me the most, find out what triggered me to want them so badly, and work on not giving in to that temptation.
I have been on a long health journey, personally. About 5 years ago I was bending over to tie my shoes and I noticed that I had to take a deep breath and hold it so I could reach my shoes. I knew, in that moment, I was way out of shape and that I did not like what I had become.
