I have been on a long health journey, personally. About 5 years ago I was bending over to tie my shoes and I noticed that I had to take a deep breath and hold it so I could reach my shoes. I knew, in that moment, I was way out of shape and that I did not like what I had become.
Our diet and physical activity go hand-in-hand. Our diet nourishes our body and gives it energy. Our physical activity works our muscles and makes us stronger. If you aren't doing anything, then take some baby steps to start giving your body the physical attention it needs.
Today let us focus more on our health by taking some baby steps. Let us begin by drinking more water throughout the day.
