...this may also require letting go of the need to have an answer for everything. This is hard for people who have a deep desire to "know it all", but the reality is the entire concept of "Faith" is being OK with not having all the answers and still being able to follow God despite the unknowns and trusting God in the midst of our unknowing.

Morning Discipline – Health Focus: Consume Less Sugar
I hate to admit it, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth. Okay, maybe I have a HUGE sweet tooth. I really like sweet foods. Ice cream, Twinkie's, candy bars, and now that we're coming up on Easter I have to fight the urge to buy countless boxes of Cadbury Cream Eggs (one of my all time favorite sweet treats).
Morning Discipline – Looking at Food with New Eyes
I really love food. Sometimes a little too much. One thing that I have found that helps me stay on track is using a food journal. The food journal lets me see what I'm consuming in the day and gives me a visual on whether or not I'm eating too much. It helps me begin to look more at my portions, as well as the nutrients that I'm getting from what I eat.
