This is a hard one because I know there is certainly a lot to complain about in this world. But think about it, if we made an effort to avoid complaining for an entire day, and focused only on positive things, we can begin to take a good step toward rewiring and renewing our mind toward a more positive mindset.

Morning Discipline – Looking at Food with New Eyes

I really love food. Sometimes a little too much. One thing that I have found that helps me stay on track is using a food journal. The food journal lets me see what I'm consuming in the day and gives me a visual on whether or not I'm eating too much. It helps me begin to look more at my portions, as well as the nutrients that I'm getting from what I eat.
